One of the things that real estate investors look forward to each quarter is the House Price Index (HPI) Report put out by the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight Committee (OFHEO). This committee tracks real estate sales and refinancing statistics across the country and publishes a report with their findings once each quarter.
